Day 1 - ARRIVE SYDNEY
Transfer to your hotel, then set off on an afternoon sightseeing tour. Overnight Sydney.
Day 2 - CAIRNS
Following a morning flight to Cairns, visit an Aboriginal theatre and cultural center. Enjoy a barbecue feast, highlighted by a nighttime crocodile cruise. Overnight Cairns.
Day 3 - GREAT BARRIER REEF
An astonishing variety of brilliant coral, tropical fish and marine creatures await. Snorkel from the reef platform or visit the underwater observatory to view this underwater paradise up close. Overnight Cairns.
Day 4 - CAIRNS / SYDNEY / BON VOYAGE
First, glide
through Cairns’ rain forest canopy on a gondola,
traveling at treetop level to the mountain village
of Kuranda. You will have time to explore before
transferring to the airport. A flight to Sydney takes
you to your Holland America ship.

Day 3 - ALICE SPRINGS
Get up early to watch the sun rise
over Ayers Rock, then enjoy the morning at leisure.
A scenic flight at noon takes you to Alice Springs,
immortalized in the movie A Town Like Alice.

Day 4 - SYDNEY BON VOYAGE
A look at Aboriginal
culture and customs, hosted by the Walpiri tribe.

tour of Sydney’s sights, including the Rocks area, the
Sydney Opera House and upscale neighborhoods
such as Double Bay, as well as the surf scene at
Bondi Beach. Then enjoy a luncheon cruise on the
magnificent Sydney Harbour. Sydney overnight.
Day 3 - THE BLUE MOUNTAINS
A full-day tour of the
Blue Mountains follows breakfast. Visit kangaroos,
koalas, wallabies and Tasmanian devils at the
Featherdale Wildlife Park, then explore the
Blue Mountains National Park, where the famed
“The Three Sisters” rock formation and panoramic
views of tree-studded valleys and cascading
waterfalls awaits. A thrilling ride on the steepest
rail way in the world takes you to an ancient rain

Day 2 - WAITOMO CAVES
Travel by motor coach to
the Waitomo Caves for a silent boat ride on an
underground river into a cavern lit by millions
of iridescent glow worms. Lunch awaits at
Crosshills, a lovely garden estate. Return to
Auckland for the night.
Day 3 - PASTORAL COUNTRYSIDE
Head into the farming and
wine areas of the west, bound for Muriwai Beach,
home to one of only two mainland gannet bird
colonies in the world. Enjoy a barbecue lunch at a
working sheep farm, followed by demonstrations
of sheep-shearing skills. Overnight Auckland.
Day 4 - AUCKLAND/BON VOYAGE

For post-cruise guests, rooms will be reserved until 6:00pm on

Optional Tour Inclusions: Fares are per person double occupancy and include applicable room taxes, bellman gratuities, and airport/hotel/ship transfers where applicable. Holland America Line may substitute hotels of equal standard where necessary. Components of a tour itinerary may be operated in a different order than shown. All fares are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change.
Triples Occupancy fares available upon request. Triple rooms when available, may contain either two beds and a rollaway, or two double beds.
Guests must have a valid passport, necessary visas and any required immunizations prior to participation in a pre- or post-cruise tour. Guests are responsible for incidentals and meals unless noted otherwise.
A minimum number of guests may be required for a tour to operate.
